Digital Ear is a comprehensive compliance module powered by AI. With consent of the customer it utilizes and analyzes audio recordings from interactions between reps and customers in a face to face acquisition environment.

Transcription Transcribe the audio recordings using AI based technology to comb through the recordings and look for keywords or key phrases.

Digital Mystery Shopper Reduce costs spent on expensive mystery shopping programs.

Keyword Detection The technology can look for phrases like "this is not a credit card" or "no annual fee" or "cancel" etc. If one of these keywords or key phrases is mentioned, managers and authorized personnel get notified immediately via SMS or email eliminating the need to have a dedicated resource listening to all audio recordings.

Interaction Summarization Summarize interactions to understand key points of discussion and extract tailored action items.

Backend Web Portal:

Customers would gain access to the secure Digital Ear web portal. The web portal would allow authorized personnel to:

Search and listen/download audio recordings
View and download transcripts
Manage the overall program

Advanced Keyword Detection:

Authorized personnel could enter keywords or phrases for the transcriber to listen for such as: "You can sign up today and cancel tomorrow" or "This will not require a credit check".
If one of these keywords or phrases are mentioned, Digital Ear could send a notification via email or SMS to an appropriate manager with a transcript of the conversation.

Intelligent Transcription:

Digital Ear can transcribe a certain percentage (customizable) of all recordings. In addition, any recording can be transcribed on an ad-hoc basis.

Authorized personnel could enter keywords or phrases for the transcriber to listen for such as: "You can sign up today and cancel tomorrow" or "This will not require a credit check".
